Refund & Return Policy

At Virsa Delights, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

Perishable Products
Because our sweets and food items are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Non-Perishable Products
If we offer any non-perishable items (such as gift boxes or packaging items), they may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The customer bears the return shipping cost

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at virsadelights5@gmail.com.
Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Products
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange to send the correct product at no additional cost. If required, we will guide you on returning the incorrect item.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion after reviewing the request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued (for example, minor damage or if part of the order is affected).

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After this time, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Custom or personalized orders (unless damaged or incorrect)
